You Are In Good Hands

  • Unfortunately, no. We only offer our support plan for websites that’ve built! If you’re interested in having our team build you an amazing website, reach out and we’ll be happy to talk!

  • Common ways that members use our support plan are to change out banner images, add a new blog post, update the text on a service page, and more. The key is that it must be something that takes less than 10 minutes for our team to complete and can be done without back-and-forth collaboration.

    If it’s a bigger update like building a new page, we’ll be happy to give you a quote!

  • If something you need is outside the scope of our membership, like adding a new page, we’ll provide a quote for a work session. You’ll pick a time on our calendar, show up via chat, and we’ll complete the work during that time.

    Work sessions are normally $400/hr, but as a member you get 50% OFF

  • Absolutely! There are no contracts, so you can cancel at any time. You can cancel or adjust your billing using our billing support form.
