Tailored Training Solutions
Squarespace Website Design
A keynote speaker’s website shouldn’t just prove they can command a stage. It should help conference planners, HR leaders, association executives, and organizational decision-makers quickly understand the problems they solve, the outcomes they create, and how to bring them into the room.
That was the opportunity for Eric Williamson and Tailored Training Solutions.
Eric had already built significant credibility as a best-selling author, national keynote speaker, consultant, and leadership coach. But his existing website positioned the brand too closely around How to Work with Jerks. The book was an effective hook, but it represented only one part of a broader body of work focused on leadership under pressure, workplace communication, trust, accountability, difficult conversations, and organizational culture.
Our goal for this keynote speaker website design was to turn that expertise into a clear business-development platform.
We reorganized the messaging around the challenges Eric helps leaders and organizations navigate rather than around a single product or speaking topic. Using StoryBrand principles and conversion-focused copywriting, the site guides visitors through a simple journey: recognize the workplace problem, understand Eric’s approach, see evidence of his experience, and choose a clear next step.
That clarity is central to our website design and SEO for authors and speakers approach, where the goal is to make it easier for the right audience to understand your value and take action.
Credibility also moved higher in the experience. Speaking photography, testimonials, media recognition, organizational logos, and professional credentials help establish trust before visitors dive deeper into individual programs. The Speaking & Training experience then brings keynotes, workshops, leadership programs, team sessions, and longer-term consulting together under one cohesive leadership platform rather than presenting them as disconnected offerings.
We also created stronger conversion paths around specific buyer intent, including opportunities to book Eric to speak, schedule a conversation, explore resources, or request program information. A mobile-first event resource experience supports QR-code traffic from live audiences while connecting useful downloads and email signup opportunities with future speaking and training conversations.
Moving the site from WordPress to Squarespace created a foundation that is easier to maintain and expand while supporting the polished, premium positioning Eric wanted. It reflects the same principles behind our Squarespace website design for consultants: clear positioning, intentional user journeys, strong calls to action, and a website built to support the business behind it.
Eric already had the ideas, experience, and credibility. The new website gives those assets a clearer path to conversion. By combining keynote speaker website design, strategic copywriting, StoryBrand messaging, Squarespace development, and SEO, we created a digital presence designed not simply to look more polished—but to help the right organizations understand Eric’s value and take the next step.
