Guilford Digital approached us with a clear objective: launch a polished, conversion-focused website for their new DBT web app—an innovative digital companion created in collaboration with the founder of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Their clinicians’ time is limited, their workflows are complex, and their patient load is high. We needed to create a site that instantly communicated what the product does, why it matters, and how to start a free trial without overwhelming visitors with clinical detail.
We built a clean, modern Squarespace website that mirrors the app’s minimal interface, using the established green palette and rounded-corner motif to create continuity between the site and the product. The app itself became the hero: large, readable screenshots, animated GIFs, and clear feature callouts allow clinicians to visualize exactly how the tool fits into their therapy sessions. Because the previous landing page felt dense and hard to navigate, we reorganized every section around a simple question clinicians are already asking: “How will this make my work easier?” This problem-first framing helps the site speak directly to time-strapped professionals looking for intuitive digital DBT tools.
Conversion strategy was central. We placed a prominent “Start Free Trial” button in the navigation and repeated it throughout the page to keep the path to signup clear. A secondary CTA—schedule a demo—gives practice administrators and group practices an option to learn more before committing. We supported both pathways with trust-building elements: succinct feature explanations, clear benefits to both clinicians and clients, and a Resources hub that consolidates pricing, FAQs, book program details, and support information. As part of our SEO strategy, we included structured headings and industry-relevant terms such as DBT tools for clinicians, mental health practice software, and digital therapy companion—terms that align with what professionals search when evaluating treatment-support platforms. When helpful, we linked to foundational explanations on our own site, including our internal guide on strategic website copywriting and our breakdown of high-converting homepage structures.
The final result is a streamlined, clinician-friendly website that is easy to skim, quick to understand, and designed to convert. By integrating a clear layout, professional visuals, and thoughtful UX patterns, Guilford Digital now has a launch-ready marketing site that elevates the product and gives both clinicians and practice administrators a simple on-ramp to discovery, trial, and adoption.
