What We Built and Why It Worked
For Pioneer Accounting, a boutique CPA firm exclusively serving active agricultural operators, we designed a website that solves one of the most common pain points in the ag-finance world: the struggle to find a tax strategist who truly understands the complexities of ranching and farming. Hannah Mann’s firm has a razor-sharp niche—high-level ag tax strategy and planning—and our goal was to build a digital home that clearly communicated that expertise, filtered out unqualified leads, and positioned her as the go-to CPA for ranchers and farmers nationwide.
We started by creating a custom Squarespace 7.1 website rooted in strong StoryBrand principles: clarity, authority, and a clean path to action. Agricultural operators don’t have time for corporate jargon or generic financial fluff—they want a partner who understands depreciation schedules, land use nuances, livestock operations, and seasonal cash flow realities.
Because Pioneer Accounting’s ideal clients are busy operators grossing $1M–$10M annually, messaging clarity was non-negotiable. We emphasized her niche immediately above the fold with direct, trust-building copy and visuals inspired by the Western landscape—subtle cowhide textures, windmill accents, and a color palette that felt polished yet unmistakably agricultural.
